Dae-ga-bang

Daegabang Main Branch is a Chinese restaurant near Exit 1 of Seonjeongneung Station in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul, serving tangsuyuk and Chinese-style meals and dishes. Its tangsuyuk coats the sauce over a thick batter, making the outside crisp and the inside chewy. The yuni jjajang comes with finely chopped vegetables, and the Daega tangmyeon is known as a white jjamppong-style menu item. Prices are on the higher side overall.
