Crown Pig

Crown Dwaeji is a pork restaurant on Sinsa Garosu-gil in Seoul, run by chef Song Hoon. It serves a donmahok set and deungsim, and the meat arrives par-cooked so it does not need long grilling at the table. Staff grill the meat for you, and you can bring your own wine, with wine glasses provided. The restaurant uses gas heat rather than charcoal.
