Baengbaeng Makguksu

Bangbang Makguksu is a buckwheat noodle restaurant at Bangbang Sageori in Gangnam, Seoul, serving perilla oil, sesame oil, and cold broth makguksu. The perilla oil makguksu comes with gim and gungchae jangajji, and the buckwheat noodles are pulled to order. A self-service bar offers yeolmu barley rice that can be mixed with the makguksu seasoning. The makguksu set includes warm, soft yukjeon.
