Baeksojeong Gangnam

Baek Sojeong Gangnam Direct Branch is a Japanese restaurant near Gangnam Station that serves donkatsu, mazesoba, and cold soba. The signature dishes are thick donkatsu and mazesoba, noodles mixed with a sauce, and after finishing the noodles you can mix the free rice into the remaining sauce. Orders are placed at a kiosk on each table, and on weekday lunches a line forms even around 11:30. Tables are close together, so conversations from the next table can be heard.
