Beoseot Janchi Jip

Beoseot Janchi Jip in Seoul serves mushroom shabu-shabu and jeongol. The self-service bar offers hericium erinaceus and cordyceps mushrooms, along with mushroom tangsuyuk and japchae, in unlimited portions. Guests pay in advance at the table, then gather mushrooms and vegetables themselves and boil them on the spot. The seating has been converted from floor tables to chair tables, and there is a serving robot and a group room.
