Yughoelang

Yukhoe-rang is a meat restaurant on the roadside of Jugong 6 Danji in Mia Sageori, Seoul, selling yukhoe, yuksasimi, and pork skin. It also serves salmon hoe and pork collar, and gosari is grilled together with the meat. The restaurant opened newly after the previous pork skin restaurant closed. The meat has no fishy smell and retains its juices.
