Yeou Gopchang

Yeou Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the middle of the Mia-yeok food alley, serving yachae gopchang. The gopchang is stir-fried on a hot plate as soon as it is ordered, and mussel soup is provided in winter. Takeout must be ordered by phone 20 minutes in advance, and delivery is not available. When the restaurant is crowded, the food takes longer to arrive.
