Ttuksim Haejang

Ttuksim Haejang is a Korean restaurant at the 419 Intersection in Seoul that serves beef bone haejang-guk and beef gopchang jeongol. The clear haejang-guk contains beef leg bones and meat like galbitang, while the spicy version is boiled with chili peppers for a sharp heat. The meat is plentiful and falls apart tenderly, and the broth is rich, cool, and refreshing. The interior of the restaurant is also clean.
