Songwon Handmade Charcoal Grilled Galbi

Songwon Suje Sutbul Galbi is a pork galbi restaurant in a residential area next to the main gate of Younghoon Middle and High School in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, set slightly away from the Mia Sageori Station food alley. It serves marinated pork galbi and saeng galbi, which is not attached to pork collar, along with yangnyeom gejang and doenjang jjigae. Diners grill the meat themselves over charcoal, and the weak heat cooks it slowly. For family meals, the grilling flow is interrupted.
