Solsam Son Kalguksu Bossam

Solsam Son Kalguksu Bossam is a noodle shop inside a market in Seoul that serves myeolchi kalguksu, sagol kalguksu, and bossam. The noodles are chewy and soft, and you choose either an anchovy or a bone broth base, with cabbage kimchi and green onion kimchi served alongside. In summer the shop serves kongguksu, in winter gul bossam, and hand mandu and tteok manduguk can also be ordered. Because it sits inside the market, the tables are placed close together.
