Mucheong Gamjatang

Mucheong Gamjatang near Miaseogeori Station serves ppyeohaejangguk and aged kimchi ppyeohaejangguk. The aged kimchi ppyeohaejangguk contains aged kimchi, two pieces of pork backbone, and perilla seed powder. The ppyeohaejangguk broth is clear, not oily, and mildly spicy. The pork backbone has little meat, and the mucheong is relatively tough.
