Long-lived Ribs

Jangsu Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Seoul that serves pork galbi, beef galbi, and galbitang. Its signature dish, daetip galbi, is thick meat attached to the rib bone, seasoned so it is neither sweet nor salty. The side dishes are kept to a small number and served neatly, and the gim muchim is on the salty side. Bulgogi and galbitang are also on the menu.
