Insujae

Insu-jae is a restaurant near the 4.19 Tower in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, serving tong-galmaegisal and seonji haejangguk. It grills tong-galmaegisal and serves naejangtang and dotorimuk, with buchu muchim as a basic side dish. The restaurant moved from the slopes of Bukhansan to near the 4.19 Tower, and reaching it requires about a 15-minute walk up a mountain path. The wait is longer than expected.
