Ilmijip is a long-running meat restaurant at the end of the food alley by Exit 2 of Miasageori Station in Seoul, grilling aged pork over charcoal. Thick samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar are the representative menu items rather than specialty cuts. The basic side dishes are gyeranjjim, pachae, ojingeo muchim, cheonggukjang and ganjang saeu, and the gyeranjjim comes in a form close to Japanese chawanmushi. In the evening hours, you have to wait in line.
