Hakata Motsunabe Goro is a motsunabe restaurant on the second floor of a building in Tenjin, Fukuoka. It serves gopchang (intestines) in shabu, miso, or spicy miso broth, with yuja chili and minced garlic on the side, and finishes with udon noodles or rice porridge. On a Saturday evening there was no wait, and staff adjust the heat while you eat. Daechang (beef large intestine) appears only in small amounts.
