Boboli Garden in Florence is a large European-style garden with statues and ponds, visited together with the Pitti Palace. Cosimo created it in the 16th century for the queen, and it looks down over the city of Florence from a high point. A visit takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the route, and there is a picnic area inside. Construction has closed major sections including the Neptune Fountain, the Poseidon Fountain, and the grotto.
