Hankal is a kitchenware shop in Noryangjin Fish Market in Seoul that sells knives for breaking down fish and general kitchen knives. You can buy a knife for breaking down maguro and leave knives for sharpening. Sharpening requires an early morning visit, and on Saturdays the wait can exceed two hours even before 9 a.m. Results for fruit knives and small knives are poor.
