Yeonjeong Sundaeguk is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves sundaeguk. The broth is clear and without off-flavors, and it is served with mung bean sprouts and chives, along with geotjeori and kkakdugi. Ordering sundaeguk brings a sample of sundae and liver, and you can ask for the mung bean sprouts and chives to be left out. Only dangmyeon sundae is used, which is a regrettable part.
