Sangnam Sushi

Sangnam Sushi in Boramae is a dinner omakase sushi restaurant run by a single chef. The meal starts with abalone porridge and moves through jack mackerel with scallion pesto, sea bream, engawa, and futomaki, served in sequence at the counter. Reservations open once a month on CatchTable for one month's worth of seatings, dinner runs in two parts, and there are only six seats. Ordering alcohol is required.
