Sadangdon

Sadang Don is a grilled meat restaurant near Sadang Station in Seoul that cooks pork collar, pork belly, and pork skin over charcoal. Staff grill the pork collar, which is served with minari muchim, mushrooms, and cheongyang peppers. The pork collar is cooked to medium or medium-well to keep it juicy, and the pork skin comes with soybean powder. Naver reservations are available, but a wait forms in the evening, and meals are limited to two hours.
