Oyster101 is an oyster bar on the second floor of the Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. It offers oysters and scallops from Goseong, Tongyeong, and Stella Maris, which staff shuck in front of you and serve with lemon or various sauces. You can stand and eat with wine, and add caviar or lobster to a seafood platter. Choosing Dom Perignon, Oyster Bay, or Butter & Bread makes the cost high.
