Jinmi Sundae

Jinmi Sundae sells sundae gukbap and pork offal inside Heukseok Market in Seoul. The broth is boiled in a large cauldron, then sundae and head meat are added, with dadegi and salted shrimp used to season it at the table. The sundae gukbap has no pork smell and comes with a generous amount of offal. The dining room is small and the gaps between tables are narrow.
