Gamcho Sikdang is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Jegi-dong Station Exit 2 in Seoul that serves charcoal-grilled pork galbi and grilled fish. The pork galbi is marinated in a not-sweet sauce, grilled over charcoal for a mild smoky flavor, and served with chive muchim. The meat is grilled outside, cut into pieces, and brought to the table, with dried radish greens soup and lettuce on the side. The meat is not cooked evenly, so the area around the bone is sometimes undercooked.
