Daesung Jib

Eomeoni Daeseongjip is a Seoul restaurant in Sinseol-dong that serves Seoul-style seonji haejangguk and beef suyuk, and has operated since 1967. The haejangguk contains shredded beef, seonji, ugeoji, and cabbage, with rice added to the broth. It occupies the first, second, and third floors of a new building and opens at 6 a.m., closing at 4 a.m. The suyuk and some other menu items come in small portions at a higher price range.
