Wonhyangjae is an old Chinese restaurant in Chinatown in front of Busan Station serving ganjjajang, jjamppong, and gunmandu. The ganjjajang is made by stir-frying finely chopped onion and meat in chunjang, and a fried egg is sometimes served alongside it. At lunch, a solo diner can share a round table on the second floor, and there are cases of entering without waiting. The ganjjajang comes out greasy or lukewarm depending on how it is stir-fried and its temperature.
