Sinbalwon

Sinbalwon Chinatown is a dumpling shop in the alleys of Chinatown across from Busan Station, serving meat dumplings, shrimp dumplings, and fried dumplings. The dumplings are handmade daily with chewy wrappers, and the shop also serves kung fu noodles and seasoned cucumber. On weekend evenings, the wait to enter runs about 50 minutes, and waits of 30 minutes to an hour are common. Orders are taken in line before seating, and no additional orders can be placed after the food arrives.
