See Meon Thing

Simething is a Taiwanese Chinese restaurant on the basement level of the Chinatown street near Busan Station, serving tan tan noodles and mapo tofu rice. Its beef noodle soup uses knife-cut noodles with meat and a mild herbal aroma, and the broth is somewhat sweet. When rice is ordered, the broth used for the beef noodles comes as a side soup, and the food arrives quickly. The noodles are a little difficult to eat because of their distinctive shape.
