Jangseonghyang

Jangseonghyang is a dumpling restaurant in Chinatown across the main road from Busan Station, and it is known as a filming location for the film Oldboy. Its signature gunmandu are fried with a thick wrapper until crisp, and it also serves steamed dumplings, ganjjajang, and jjamppong. The dumpling filling contains a lot of meat, and the jjamppong is moderately spicy with little oil. The gunmandu filling has relatively little juice.
