Dongheung is a Beijing cuisine restaurant in Choryang-dong, Busan, across from the statue of General Jeong Bal. It serves ganjjajang, shrimp fried rice, and tangsuyuk, and its kitchen finely cuts the meat and vegetables for the fried rice and the meat and vegetables inside the jjajang sauce. Run by a father and daughter, it is a hwawgyo restaurant whose jjamppong has soft noodles and a clean-tasting broth. The ganjjajang and tangsuyuk carry a strong Chinese spice aroma that sets them apart from typical Korean-Chinese food.
