Dawon

Dawon is an old fish soup restaurant near Busan Station that serves kkachi-bokguk, saengtae-tang, and ureok-tang. Its kkachi-bok clear soup, bok jiri, and saengdae-gu jiri-tang center on broth boiled for a long time and the clean taste of the fish, with side dishes served like home cooking. The restaurant shows its age inside and out and opens at 6 a.m. The fish soup menu is not a light meal.
