Choryanghwadak

Choryang Hwanak is a chicken restaurant in Busan that serves dakdoritang and fried dakttongjip, in the style of an old-school establishment. The dakdoritang is clean and spicy without being heavy, and the fried dakttongjip can be ordered alongside it. On a weekday at 6 p.m. one table was left before the restaurant quickly filled, and the portions are large. The fried dakttongjip has a strong sweet seasoning and a thick batter, which does not go well with the dakdoritang.
