Geumam Soba

Geumam Soba is a restaurant in Jeonju that serves soba, kongguksu, and naengmyeon, a short walk from the Jeonju Intercity Bus Terminal. The cold soba comes with ice in a broth made from anchovies and seafood, and the noodles are dipped into it or the broth is poured over them, while the kongguksu comes with sugar added by default. In summer there is a line, but tables turn over quickly, and you can ask for the kongguksu without sugar when ordering. The soba broth has a strong fish aroma, including anchovy.
