Haechanmam

Haechanmam is a freshwater fish restaurant in Wolam-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu. It serves Geochang-style eotang noodles, eotang kalguksu, trout hoe, and freshwater maeuntang, with the broth made by boiling small freshwater fish for a long time. Ingredients come from farms and fish ponds in Geochang, and the eotang can be ordered with rice or somyeon. Without garlic, chili, or sancho, the broth can taste greasy.
