Hansilok Sumogwon Bonjeom in Daegu serves shabu-shabu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). The beoseot-yachae shabu kalguksu comes with a choice of eolkeun, malgeun, or deulkkae broth, followed by deulgireum minari osaek-bokkeumbap after the minari-myeon kalguksu. The hanwoo special set includes wonppul hanwoo, suyuk, and mandu. The men’s and women’s restrooms are separate, and parking is difficult, so use a public parking lot.
