Sukgodang

Sukgodang is a meat restaurant near Seolleung Station that grills aged Han-don pork. The grill uses an upturned pot lid, and staff cut the meat at the table. Pork fat is used to stir-fry gosari, buchu, tofu, kongnamul, mushrooms, kimchi, and sweet potato, with white bread used to keep the oil from splattering. The space is small with few tables, so reservations are required.
