One Fukuoka Building is a modern shopping mall in the Tenjin shopping district of Fukuoka where shopping and dining are combined. The basement local supermarket sells yuzu ponzu sauce and natural dashi packs, and motsunabe and teppanyaki restaurants are also gathered there. The building connects to the basement so visitors can move around regardless of the weather, with cafes on every floor and an Ebisu bar and standing sake bar in the basement. Tax refunds must be applied for through a dedicated app rather than at the store, and the building's internal flow is not neatly organized.
