The basement restaurant area has international restaurants, and Animate and an MAPPA exhibition on the 8th floor have operated there. The building is the former Iwataya department store, and its low ceilings allow visitors to reach the upper floors quickly. Visitor numbers are high, so it is difficult to browse Animate at a slow pace.
