Uleka

Ureka is a Korean beef restaurant in Toegye-dong, Chuncheon. It serves a hanwoo platter grilled over charcoal, along with samhap of uni and sweet shrimp wrapped in gim. Reserving in advance allows dining quietly in a room, and the meat is accompanied by salt, wasabi, whole-grain mustard, myeongi namul, jalapeño, and aged kimchi. The meal finishes with daepa egg rice and doenjang jjigae.
