Mebau Myeongga Chuncheon Makguksu

Mebau Myeongga Chuncheon Makguksu has served 100 percent pure buckwheat makguksu in Chuncheon for 75 years. Diners choose between dried radish greens or gondre, and adjust the flavor with perilla oil, dongchimi broth, buckwheat vinegar, hot mustard, and plum syrup. The buckwheat king dumplings are large with a full filling, and buckwheat tea is served after the meal. The restaurant has a dedicated parking lot and a large, clean dining area.
