Silbi Makguksu

Silbi Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Soyang-ro 2-ga, Chuncheon. It serves one dish, makguksu, with a sauce spooned on top, and diners add broth, vinegar, sugar, and mustard to taste. The restaurant has been run by three generations for nearly 60 years, and a line forms at mealtimes. The noodles have a high buckwheat content and break apart easily, and the dongchimi broth is only sweet without any cool taste.
