Jinmi Dakgalbi

Jinmi Dakgalbi is a dakgalbi restaurant near Kangwon National University in Chuncheon that serves dakgalbi and chicken intestines. The dakgalbi is stir-fried with chewy chicken intestines, and udon noodles or fried rice can be added. The hall fills up and a wait forms at mealtimes, but staff stir-fry the dakgalbi at the table. When groups of students arrive, it is hard to eat quietly.
