Yukgwang Aged Samgyeopsal Mukeunji Jjim Jjigae

Yukgwang Sukseong Samgyeopsal Mugeunji Jjim Jjigae is a restaurant in Seoul serving Iberico black pork and aged kimchi kimchi stew. It grills several cuts of pork and serves them with wasabi, salt, various sauces, bean sprouts with egg, and side dishes. The staff trims and cuts the meat into bite-sized pieces early in the meal. The service is disappointing.
