Yangji Chicken

Yangji Chicken is an old chicken restaurant on Cheonho Rodeo Street in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. It serves old-style whole fried chicken and minari-jeon, with a special seasoned sauce and pa-kimchi on the side. When minari-jeon and fried chicken are ordered together, the minari-jeon comes out first, and the fried chicken is fried with a thin, crispy batter. The meat is brined, so it does not need salt, and the oil is drained, leaving it light.
