Tuna School

Chamchi Hakgyo is a tuna restaurant in Gildong, near Cheonho-dong in Seoul, serving honmaguro and different cuts of tuna. The Royal course brings tuna hoe followed by sushi, mero gui, albap or maki, and fried dishes. The chef explains each cut and how to eat it, and on weekends only the second floor is open. The tuna and the service are not consistent from visit to visit.
