The Breakfast Club is a Nordic-style bakery in an old alley in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, built around bread for meals rather than sweets. It serves sourdough, bolle sandwiches, and cardamom buns, and the breakfast comes with salted caramel butter, soft-boiled eggs, compote, and Emmental cheese. There is space to work on a laptop with coffee. The cardamom bun is divisive because of its spice aroma.
