Taebaek Sikdang is a gukbap restaurant in Seoul that serves somori gukbap and suyuk. It sits behind Yeongpa Girls' High School on the road from Gangdong-gu Office Station toward Pungnap Elementary School, and the somori gukbap is the signature dish, served with kimchi, kkakdugi and garlic on the side. The owner, a grandmother, runs the place alone, and there are only four tables. Customers take off their shoes before entering, and prices are on the high side.
