Pujimi Gopchang is a small old restaurant near Cheonho in Seongnae-dong that serves vegetable gopchang and sundae gopchang. The gopchang is cooked down with perilla leaf, perilla seed, and thick glass noodles in a shallow broth. The pork intestines have little of the offal smell typical of pork innards and are chewy, and fried rice can be ordered after the meal. There are only four tables, so waits run over 30 minutes on weekdays and can stretch to two hours.
