Maru Shabu

Maru Shabeu in Seoul is a shabu-shabu restaurant that combines beef shabu-shabu with a buffet and is close to a subway station. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, chives, and onions to the hot pot with meat and seafood, then choose sushi and wolnamssam. Partitioned seating suits small gatherings, and the salad bar closes at 9 p.m. During dinner, buffet dishes are gradually removed.
