Koshi Gildong serves udon and hand-made donkatsu in Gildong, Seoul. Its signature dishes are house-made maze udon and gama butter udon, which is mixed with a raw egg, butter, and cheese powder. Cold udon is topped with crispy tenpura, and the donkatsu is fried from domestic pork aged over 24 hours. Group seating, takeout, and delivery are available, along with baby chairs and a waiting area.
