Kkaktteu Ssalguksu is a Vietnamese restaurant in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, run by a local owner. It serves pho, bun cha, banh mi, and Vietnamese spring rolls, and the cha is fried until crisp. One corner of the converted house holds a supermarket-style section selling Vietnamese packaged foods, and the menu has only six items. There is no parking, so going by car is difficult.
